Ken is an excellent therapist who delivers individualised support for those he helps. He has been beyond incredible in supporting my mental health and his dedication to understanding his clients is above and beyond. It doesn’t matter if you arrive crying or you stay silent, he listens, he assesses, he understands and you will always leave a session feeling better than when you walked in. There’s no note taking or judgement just having a coffee with someone who understands mental health and the importance of maintaining your emotional equilibrium. He is a life saver in more ways than one. I will always be grateful to Ken and for all that he does and has done for me and my family.

Ken is a counsellor who addresses complex personal issues and the strenuous work related issues and all other contributing topics of ones life, whether that be addiction, stress, anxiety to name a few. He is an amazing counsellor and will be able to help small or big issues within ones life. What makes Ken incredible at his job is that he is an even better person and that will be apparent from the first second you meet him. He listens, he understands and he advises.

Everyone needs Ken in their life. He is a wonderful warm, caring, funny and charismatic man. He has experienced so many difficult and heartbreaking challenges in his own life so he has understanding, knowledge, empathy and compassion towards others ..
